I take special care in each of my pieces to insure they are the best quality I can produce, but normal wear and tear can take a toll over time.  Avoid wearing jewelry in the water and its best to not spray perfume and hair products directly on the metal which can damage the metal.  Simply wearing each piece will helped to avoid tarnishing, but its best to use a jewelry polishing cloth when needed.
