All sales are final.  Please read the description of the listing carefully and feel free to contact me with any questions prior to placing an order.  Issues with an item that could have been resolved with a careful reading of the product description will not be refunded.  Normal wear and tear issues will not be refunded.  Buyer is responsible for providing accurate ring size for custom orders.  No returns or refunds on custom orders.

If there is a problem with the manufacturing of a piece, then please contact me and I will work to fix the problem or I will replace the piece.
